Edits & Cancellations
Allowed ONLY if customer submitted request before receiving tracking info. Not allowed if package is already on its way. Cancellations after tracking is issued will result in a 15% restocking fee.Group-Buy (GB):
Allowed ONLY while the Group-Buy is live for pre-orders. No cancellation after this window closes. NO EXCEPTIONS so please take your time to consider before making the purchase.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
; no refunds, returns, exchanges for all in-stock and GB products EXCEPT for the following reasons:
- Approved cancellations within acceptable timeline.
- Customer received a defective product.
- Mistakes due to Mekibo's mishandling, i.e. Customer received an incomplete/incorrect order.

To initiate a Refund, Return, or Exchange, customer must:
- Notify us upon receipt, no later than 2 days for in-stock items, and 14 days for GB items.
- Request and pay for the return shipping label.
- Return the item unused and in its original condition.
Unclaimed orders, when returned to us for whatever reasons, will not be automatically cancelled or re-shipped unless requested by the customer. The amount refunded will be the value of the merchandise minus 15% restocking fee.
All refunds are subjected to a transaction fee; 5% for domestic orders and 8% for international. Please allow the standard 5-7 business days for the refund to return to your account.
