We do not ship to Mexico.
For in-stock items: All in-stock items will be shipped within 2-5 business days excluding major holidays and weekends.
For Group Buy (GB) items: The average turnaround of a GB is between 3 and 12 months, depending on the types of products. Please kindly note that, unlike in-stock items, processing time for GB products starts when we receive the shipments from manufacturers, not from the time of your order. Keyboard kits, keycap sets, and other GB items require more care, hence it can take up to 14 business days to process.
Standard processing time still applies even if you choose to pay for expedite shipping method for either in-stock or GB items.
We mainly use USPS but also FedEx and UPS for large and heavy items, and DHL for international orders. Please note that DHL may charge you custom fees. All orders valued more than $500 will require signature regardless of courier choice.
If you are a non-US buyer, you may be responsible for applicable customs, import duties and taxes.
We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or any damages/delays caused by shipping carriers. If you claim the item is lost and the tracking shows delivered, we will not be responsible.
If you see the tracking number saying delivered but do not see the package in your mailbox, EMAIL USPS IMMEDIATELY. You may need to request the shipping label from us to help you fill out their form. It is unfortunate that once the shipment leaves our hand, it is entirely up to the carrier to deliver it safely and timely to your door. We cannot offer refunds or replacement if your package is lost, delivered at the wrong address, stolen, and for reasons that were not due to our mishandling.
If you have any issue with your orders, please contact us upon receipt, no later than 2 days for in-stock items and 14 days for GB. We will not respond to your request if notified outside of the designated time.

We are no longer able to refund for shipping on combined orders. You may request to have your orders combined if shipped to the same shipping address.
You may also request to have certain items in your order to be shipped ahead. You will be responsible for the extra cost incurred.
Unclaimed orders, when returned to us, will not be automatically cancelled or re-shipped unless requested by the customer. The amount refunded will be the value of the merchandise minus 15% restocking fee.
If you're around the Orange County in SoCal area and want to pickup your order in person, please choose Local Pickup as a delivery method. When your order is packed and ready, you will receive an email notification with time & location details, plus check-in instructions. Your order will be held for the next 14 days. Our office zip code is 92806, please plan your travel accordingly.
For in-stock items, the order is usually ready within 24 hours if placed during open hours (M-F 10-5), weekends and holidays excluded. No pickup is allowed for GB orders. Your order will be cancelled if you choose Pickup option.
Due to liability reasons, you're required to check-in with us before arriving, and we will not release your order until this step is complete.
Orders that value more than $500 will require ID verification upon receipt.
