Excellent Customer service

There were a few hiccups but the team at Mekibo did their very best to fulfill my entire order and the keycaps were gorgeous! The prints are all clean and the colors really pop! I got in a new board just to try them out too.

Product was Good, but the Customer Support was Better!

The deskmat looks amazing, and it feels super high quality too! My only complaint is that the wrinkles/fold from being rolled up are taking longer than usual to flatten out.

However, the customer support was amazing! I had to move addresses, and the custom support was incredibly responsive, helpful, and caring! I'll be recommended Mekibo to everyone I know now!
